Marty Jacob Masisak (born October 06, 1988), known professionally as Jacob Ricch ([1]), is an American rapper, singer and songwriter & Tv Actor.Best known for his (2016) single “I Love Drunk Sex” [2] Also know For his Appearance on Tv. He first appeared On Wipeout spring (2013) Then in (2015) He landed on The Jerry Springer show ([3])In late (2015) Jacob Ricch Worked for Hitstar’s Entertainment an was the Top rated promotion/sales manager for the entire company. He rose to fame in late 2017 with the release of his single “I Love Drunk Sex". Ricch’s debut Single landed him on the SoundCloud Hot 100 chart. His single, "I Love Drunk Sex"([4]) Topped 87 on the charts.Ricch opened his own Music Company “Ricch Inc.” On June 6,2018 that included 3 sub Companies A Recording Label “Ricch Records” A Marketing/Promotion company “Ricch Promotions” And A Music Training School “Ricch Music College” According To MyFlorida.com Business License is active. His album “No Time To Waste” was supposed to be released August,14,2019. But Ricch landed into legal trouble ([5])(July,31,2019) Him an his Girlfriend “Deseray” was staying with a family friend when Ricch Walked in on the Friend am seen him inappropriately Touching his Girlfriend. “Deseray”at the time was asleep intoxicated on the living room sofa. He Hit the man in the face an him an his girlfriend Left the residence around 2:30 am. The man ended up Falsifing the report to the cops. Ricch was charged with Battery Chriminal Mistif & Aggravated Assault.([6]) His charges was modified (August,23,2019) adding 4 more charges Buglery with Battery,Fellon in possession of Ammo, Aggravating Asalt on a minister,& Illegal use of a two way device. Ricch was incarcerated in the Bay county Jail From (July 31,2019-August,28,2020)He was eligible for a bond August 28,2019. According to the Bay County Clerk Of Courts he retained an Lawyer (July 20,2020) Steve Medows is a High End Lawyer out of Panama City, Fl. Records show a payment of 25,000usd To Medows & Kelly Law Firm (July 19,2020) Ricch payed (95,000usd) on (August,28,2020) and was released. Since his release he has sponsored several charities An raised over 500,000usd. His biggest one being Children Fighting Cancer. He feels Giving back is our duty as People. In a 2020 Radio interview He said “people Look at you differently when you have charges like I do but I’m not a bad person I got busted with a lil weed from time to time.
