MIAMI 2021

We know a lot of you were excited to rage with us in February, but to help ensure the proper Rolling Loud experience, we have made the decision to move back to our usual dates. All headliners from the original dates are confirmed and 99% of the most lit rappers in the game will be scheduled to perform on the new dates for Rolling Loud Miami 2021 – R.I.P. Pop Smoke & King Von. 🙏

All tickets will be honored for the new dates and will be automatically transferred over, so hang onto your tickets! To sweeten the deal, we will be gifting those who choose to hang onto their tickets with a special rage pack that includes an exclusive shirt, mask, hand sanitizer and more. Y’all are some real, loyal RL ragers, and we can’t thank you enough for your support over the years! For those who would like to request a refund, go to RollingLoud.com/refund for more information.

Limited tickets for the new dates will be going on sale this Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10am ET.

May 7th, 8th and 9th 2021, we back outside!

FAQ

When will Rolling Loud Miami be rescheduled?

Rolling Loud Miami will be rescheduled from February 12-14, 2021 to May 7-9, 2021.

If request a refund through the online request form, will it be approved?

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or credit will be issued.

Various factors are researched, including if a refund is permitted per the ticketing terms and conditions or if your ticket was not purchased directly from Rolling Loud’s website or Front Gate Tickets’s website.

If I want my tickets to be used towards the newly scheduled dates for May 7-9, 2021, what do I need to do?

If you have already purchased your tickets in full, you do not need to do anything. Tickets for the newly scheduled dates will automatically be mailed in the future to the original shipping address on the order.

If you are currently participating in the Layaway Plan, you must make all payments before the final date set forth in our updated Layaway Plan in order for your tickets to be valid for the newly scheduled dates or you will be charged a $50 fee.

When is the final payment in the Layaway Plan due?

We have extended the final deadline for the final payment to January 15, 2021.

If I am participating in the Layaway Plan and have not cancelled my ticket order prior to the postponement announcement, but I have missed a payment prior to the postponement announcement, can my ticket still be valid if I make all payments before the Layaway Plan deadline?

Yes.

If I am participating in the Layaway Plan and do not fulfill all missed payments before the Layaway Plan deadline and do not submit a refund request by the deadline set forth herein, do I receive a full refund?

No, if you do not submit a refund request by the deadline specified herein and default on the Layaway Plan, you will be required to pay a $50 fee.

Are any tickets being sold for the new dates?

Limited tickets will be made available on November 20, 2020.

Will additional tickets be made available for the rescheduled dates?

Given that this event was “sold out” prior to the initial postponement announcement and we typically have a long waiting list for tickets, it is unlikely that additional tickets will be sold through our website to the general public other than the limited on-sale scheduled for November 20, 2020.

I did not purchase my tickets from Rolling Loud’s website or directly from Front Gate Tickets. How do I request a refund?—

Customers should contact the third-party vendor or visit the vendor’s website for information.

Will all artists on the original flyer appear at the rescheduled dates?

As of now, all headliners confirmed for the original dates will perform on the rescheduled dates. However, as with any festival, lineup is subject to change.

I purchased resale tickets prior to the postponed date announcement. What should I do about receiving my tickets?

If you purchased your resale tickets through a third-party vendor (e.g., Stubhub), contact that vendor for next steps on your resale order.
